The new window manager can be used to control the position, size, and zoom of most windows. These settings are saved with the igraph so that windows can be arranged for the best layout for each igraph. In particular, the image magnifier size can now be controlled this way so that it can come up in any size you want, instead of the fixed 3x3 in previous versions of WiT.
